Performance of the car is great. Nice acceleration, good handling. All those things that made me buy an Acura.
The quality of the vehicle leaves something to be desired. Looks great at first pass, but drive it for a few miles and see and hear...
Clunks from brakes,
Squeeks and rattles from dash and console,
Glove box rattles at every bump,
Fit and finish of the interior very poor quality with sub standard material for a vehicle at this price point - compare quality to Lexus/BMW or Volvo - the differnce is obvious.
One of the worst overall service experiences I have had with any product. Friendly up front, but unable to resolve any problems - very quick to throw up hands and say 'we can't fix, if you don't like go to arbitration' (and this is from the factory rep and customer service not dealership.
