No override for the Nav. The full functions of the Nav should be available along with the phone functions when a passenger is present.
Advice to buyer:
Check if Nav override is available before you buy. You pay for something that is limited while driving.
Detailed review:
I am actually is the new 2008 model. The car is designed nicely. The car rides very well. The acceleration is great. The LED lights in the cabin are a little dim at night, There are certain spots in the cabin that are bright enough to read a map or directions. The NAV system locks out most functions including the bluetooth phone dial pad while moving. There is no override to date available to make this equipment usable while the car is moving, even with a passenger in the front seat. This can be a big problem. You can,t always pull over and stop to make a change or update.
