I have 16,000 miles on my ES330 and I still have hesitation problems between 1 to 10 miles per hour. I started putting a higher octane gas in it and that seems to be helping a bit but not totally. Otherwise I love the interior, the nav system, the sound system and the smooth ride. I probably wouldn't buy again because of the transmission issue. I can't seem to get past it. I'm thinking about an Infinity or Audi.
