My service from the factory has been beyond sub- standard...
Advice to buyer:
Hope your service is better than what I experienced..
Detailed review:
I have a new Tribeca B-9 fully loaded.
At 14,000 miles the AC went out.
This car has been at the dealership now for 10 days- still waiting on the part from Subaru to fix this...Subaru has no idea where the part is or when it will be in. I have never been so exasperrated with an automobile in all my life. I also have a Subaru Forester that is 2 years old with no problems at all. One would hope that Subaru's high end luxury vehicle would be serviced better than this...A great car if you don't mind waiting 2 weeks to get a simple issue fixed. In South Texas an air conditioner in the summer is a must... I used to be a great Subaru fan----now if they ever do get this fixed I may take a financial bath on this car and just trade it in on a more reliable manufacturer.....a real bummer.....this has the potential to be a great car...
