Favorite feature: |
Great reliability. Had it for 9 months and still waiting for some defect to pop up. |
Least favorite feature: |
Terrible speakers, but then I declined to upgrade the sound system |
Advice to buyer: |
There is no better value when it comes to car buying. It's worth a lot more than what it costs. |
Detailed review: |
We purchased the 2006 Rio5 with the convenience package (electric everything, minus the sports stuff). Oh, and heated seats.
The body feels well constructed. The doors close quiet and firm like an expensive car. Seats are comfortable and lots of room. I've driven german built cars all my life and due to budget limitations I went with Kia. However, other than the brand appeal and a bit of power, I feel like this is as good a car any mid-priced european car. Test drive it if you don't believe me.
The car drives well and is peppy. Sometimes leaves you wanting more power, but one really can't ask for more for this price. |
