The look of the dash, the interior features, styling. |
Least favorite feature: |
Stiff ride with road noise. |
Advice to buyer: |
Do not rule out the base model untill you test drive - it is a fair performer. |
Detailed review: |
I purchased the base model 300, as I just cannot see adding many thousands to a car that already had many 'luxury' items that would have been extra a few years ago.
That being said, it is easy to find the alloy wheels at a reasonable price - just ask for new car 'take-offs' - that and $20 for a little plastic chrome trim - and there you go.
I really do not agree with the reviews that complain that the 2.7 engine is too small - I feel it has good response, and hauls the 3700 pound car quite well. The handling is good, but I find the ride a bit stiff with a some tire noise.
All in all, I feel it is a lot of car - and great styling - for the price. |
