I love this vehicle. I have had a Dodge Dakota, Jeep Cherokee, and a Ford Ranger FX4. The vehicle is a great combination of everything that I wanted. I have the 4 wheel drive XLT with the sprort group. I love the no carpet flooring, and the composite bed. I also love the fact that this vehicle is not too big to fit in my garage with my other stuff. The backseat has tons of room for my two dogs. The ride is smooth. I don't care what the reviews say about the ride, and the rather outdated platform. I don't drive a pickup as though I was in my wife's Audi - I don't understand all the hubbub about the 'cornering and rollover' of such vehicles. If you drive like you had good sense such things are not a consideration when judging this type of vehicle. No vehicle on the highway can 'do it all'. The Sportrac is a great vehicle if you don't need a sport car when you bought a pickup/suv.
