Very poor quality vehicle. Not reliable. Horrible customer service from Audi. |

Dont buy one. Mine spent over 2 months in the shop. Ive only owned it for 23 months |
Detailed review: |
Broke down 7 times in less than 2 years. Fuel injectors leaking badly, replaced fuel tank( wouldn't take fuel at the pump), replaced computer, repaired 3 different coolant leaks, trunk latch broke and wouldn't stay shut. Burned out lights, air bag light comes on and off, loud ticking sound heard from under neith vehicle after driving around. Audi would not stand behind there vehicle and wouldn't do anything for my horrible experience. Horrible customer service issues. Rude service personel. They wouldn't call me when promised and my car stayed in the shop weeks longer than promised. They wanted me to keep driving around with my air bag light going on and off, and my fuel tank having problems( this after allready being in the shop for the same repairs that didn't get fixed). Not happy about this. I will never buy another Audi as long as I live and advise all of you to think long and hard before buying one. I am an Iraq war veteran that hopes you won't spend money with this company. They seemed to think that my car wasn't having 'that many problems'. What do you think? |
