What's New for the 2004 Chrysler Sebring Sedan? Styling up front is tweaked to give the 2004 Chrysler Sebring a more familial look, and new wheels have been added. Inside, new colors, fabrics and door panels debut for 2004. An electrochromic rearview mirror and steering wheel radio controls are also new. Four- wheel-disc brakes are limited to models equipped with ABS, and traction control can be ordered on Chrysler Sebring sedans with ABS. BeltAlert reminds occupants to buckle up with an intermittent chime. Two new exterior colors debut. Mid-year, the LX nomenclature is dropped, the LXi changes to Touring, and a new Limited model debuts with high levels of standard equipment. A new Summer Luxury Package includes leather seats, a power driver's seat and a power sunroof. Advantages of the 2004 Chrysler Sebring Sedan:
- Roomy interior
- Powerful V6 engine
Objections to the 2004 Chrysler Sebring Sedan: - Poor resale value
- Rental car stigma
- Lacks refinement of Japanese competitors
Editor's Advice: With plenty of style and space at a usually discounted price, the 2004 Chrysler Sebring deserves a look if you're considering a midsize sedan.
