 Detailed review:

Overall good car. However, Toyota needs to re-think the Driver's seat, as it's difficult to find a good position on long drives. Telescopic steering wheel would be good. Engine is very responsive and braking is good (V6). I have the third row seats, which give ample space to teenages, full size adults would be a tight fit. Another Toyota quirk, you can't get sunroof with 3rd row seats... god only knows why and Toyota!!! Only one issue, a 4x4 with plastic bumpers??? I always envy the Chevy and GMC owners for their Metal fenders. This is the only major flaw I could find on this car. I love this SUV, great for drives on crowded highways besides semis, etc. on I-95, you feel safe and have the power to overtake. This car is very smooth, even at 80 MPH you will not feel any engine noise or vibration. However with the roof rails you will hear a lot of wind noise. Gas milage is ok, realistically you'll get 10 to 12 miles / gallon if you use only within city and your house is close (1 to 2 mi) to work. On the highway, I've clocked upto 24 mpg, if I watch the speedo (don't go over 70 mph), beyond 70 mph the consumption goes up again, however I've never got below 21 mpg on highway drives.
