I own an FX35 AWD (2004). It has 24,000 KM on it and I have had to have the DVD player changed (no charge) and now have to replace the AC condenser at a cost of $1300. After spending $60000 on the car and not even reaching the 30,000 mark, Infinity of Canada and my local dealership would provide absolutely NO support in resolving my issue. They said it was a road hazard issue due to a rock hitting the condenser (no way that can be proven to be true). I was previously very happy with the vehicle, but after this episode I will definitely NOT be buying infinity again . Customer Satisfaction is obviously NOT a concern of theirs! |
