Detailed review: |
It was my senior year in high school, and I was looking for a new car, to get me to school on a daily basis and to enjoy on weekends. I was also planning to have the car while in college. At that time I had a 2003 Kia Spectra, it was a good car, but I just wanted something more distinctive. I parked it im my school parking lot, but it got lost amongst the other cars. I ended up buying the PT Cruiser mainly on its looks, I fell in love with the car and knew that there were no other cars on the road that looked like it. The first day that I drove to school, people gathered around it and were just amazed by it. Many commented on how 'cool it looked', others where like 'it's so small, but yet it has a lot of space.' Since that day I knew I had to keep it. Second was the interior space, it had room for three of my friends and myself along with our stuff. I realized how handy the PT Cruiser's flexibility was during my first year in college. I brought everything I needed in my car, that's including my refrigerator, t.v, computer and other stuff. Its a great car. I get good gas milage from it. Although I have the base engine, I kind of wish I would of opted for the turbo engine. It's a great car to get around town with. The interior is very nicely done, even for the base model. I would really recommend to the people who are looking at this car, to test drive all three of the engine choices, seeing that each one fullfills different peoples needs. Today, I still get a lot of stares, compliments and thumbs up from random people while driving or in parking lots. All in all its a great car, I have not had any types of problems with it, and it is still attracting a lot of attention with the newly added flames. This car is for sure a keeper. |
