Favorite feature: |
381 screaming HP at your beckon call. |
Least favorite feature: |
No keypad entry like the Ford has |
Advice to buyer: |
For power, ride, room and resale, the TUNDRA beats them all. |
Detailed review: |
Traded a Sprot Trac for a F150 Crew Lariat then up to a new 09 Tundra SR5 DBL 4x4 (Black / Tan)
Superior ride, handling, breaking and towing over the Ford.
A full load or trailer with my 7800 lb boat almost disappear vs. the Ford Triton which struggled to break 50 mph up any hill. MPG is a full 2 mpg better than the Ford without load and 5 to 6 better fully loaded.
I am 6'5 /250 and have more than ample space all around. My hair brushed the roof in the ford but the tundra has 3+ inches to spare. Feature for feature, the Toyota wins. Great build quality and attention to details that Ford misses as well |
