Amount of time it spends in Fords service Dept. The Tires,Headlights, unreliable drive train etc....

Detailed review:
Involuntarily switches between 2Wheel dr. and AWD, causing a loud hum and vibration throughout vehicle. Rack and pinion changed at 400 miles,2rear axle replaced at 6500 miles. Power mirror drivers side doesnt hold preset and randomly adjusts itself.(great for star gazing) Engine is loud and slightly underpowered for a vehicle of this size. Great from a stop nothing left for passing at highway speeds. Low beams are insufficient high beams are as bright as the sun. Leather seating is thin and cheap looking door paneling and dash are tawdry. The vehicle drives nice and handles ok on dry roads at moderate speeds. Wet roads are another story due to Fords choice of rubber. You figure they would have learned after the Bridgestone recall...nope they outdid themselves this time. They slapped Continental Contracs on them this time bad on wet roads. Had to replace one the dealer couldnt balance it with less than 6 ounces of lead after several attempts. They had to take a tire from another Expedition on the lot. Transmission is slow downshifting on turns and then shifts prematurely on acceleration.
