Detailed review: |
Anyone searching for a mid-size luxury sedan should run to their nearest Acura dealership and test drive this car. In its price range, it has no competition. The Volkswagen Passat, Toyota Avalon, and Nissan Maxima are not even close. Instead, it competes with the Lexus ES300 and BMW 3 series, cars which cost thousands more. Opt for the non-GPS version--it's not worth the extra $2,000. This car really moves with its 225 hp VTEC engine, but it does so at a quiet whisper such as you would expect from a luxury vehicle costing a lot more. The only two drawbacks with this car in my mind are: (1) the seats--the front seats could be a little wider and the back seat could be a little roomier; and (2) the handling could be better (i.e., use wider tires Acura!). Other than that, this car is awesome and is an absolute steal at less than $29,000 MSRP. |
