My Jeep Commander is a classic example of why I always buy Japanese vehicles. This is the only vehicle I have ever owned that I didn't get EPA gas mileage on. Here's reality. Suburban driving wwith some highway, you'll not get 12 mpg.
8,000 miles on this thing and I just made my first appointmment with the service center. I went through a puddle. Now the diagnostics light is on, the engine is knocking and I'm getting 10 MPG on the highway. I asked the service center for a loaner. They told me they could teell me where to rent a car.
BUY A HONDA PILOT! I WISH I had mine back. You've been warned.
