Favorite feature: |
The reliable and high quality feel that the car exerts through a powerful and quiet V6. |
Least favorite feature: |
not a thing, except for maybe the high Mitsubishi popularity in my town |
Advice to buyer: |
Great car if considering a car above the notch of the regular Accords and Camrys |
Detailed review: |
The new Mitsubishi lineup is radical. When I went into my Mits dealership, i was very surprised at what they had to offer.A few people reccomended the Mitsubishis and said their V6 engines were really great. At first I checked out the Montero Sport but it seemed a liitle rough and so was the price of the fully loaded edition. Anyway, then my salesman reccomended the Galant. From the outside in gold paint, it reminded me of a sporty Lexus GS400.The interior was very luxurious with walnut trim, leather seats/steering/knobs etc.. The drive was even better. The acceleration responded with a Mercedes kind of thrust that made a Japaneese car feel like a German work of art. The steering was light and the car handled superbly over the corners. Over potholes and humbs, the car is isolated and bump-free. The braking is average sort of like an Accord.
All in all, the ride is perfect and unexpected from a Japaneese car. The luxury is welcoming but the exterior is intimidating.
I love this car! |
