Detailed review: |
We have had a rough northeast winter with a lot of snow. My girlfriend and I tried to drive on them with just a FWD minivan. But we needed more traction. So, we set out to find a V6 SUV with the same amount of seating room we were used to in the minivan with more cargo room and capable of towing and hauling more if we needed it. We were both impressed the most with the 2003 Trailblazer EXT LT. But we found to get the estimated gas mileage and better power, we had to change from regular unleaded to premium. It has a Vortec 4200 SEFI 24-valve DOHC 275-h.p. V6. It gets 20 M.P.G. on the highway if we do not have to use heat or A/C or 4WD. But even in auto 4WD and taking it easy on slick roads, it has handled very well. It has plenty of seating, cargo, hip, shoulder and leg room. It has plenty of horsepower. It has both cassette and CD. It has all we wanted and needed and nothing we did not. I highly recommend this for others like me. |
