Gas mileage - I get 13 miles city / 20 miles highway on a V6 engine

I love the looks and comfort of this car. However, I was very dissapointed with the gas mileage. For a V6 rated at 18 city / 25 highway, I consistently get 13 city / 20 highway. The average mpg combined for the last 7 months has been 16.5 mpg. I am told by the service department that there is nothing wrong with my car.
