Advice to buyer: |
A overall very nice car. If you dont mind a bumpier ride. Of course you can always install an after market suspension to provide you with a 'mercedes' smooth ride like that of other suv's. It may not do your warranty justice. |
Detailed review: |
This is by appearance, a beautiful car! The car quality is TOP DROR. After reading many articles and obtaining information regarding the vehicle from friends, as well as spectators, I am very impressed.
I have many positive things to say of this car, however, if I were to point out changes that would make this car perfect, they would be as follows.
The ride is quite comfortable at first only to be blanketed by the excitement of the first test drive experience. The suspension seems to enjoy letting you feel every bump, curve and imperfections of the road. For as much as this vehicle is priced, you would think it would have a more firm, yet, smoother ride! The '99 model has changed the position of the cup holder so you don't need to worry about condensation dripping onto your sound system, or in the summer, your Big Gulp will not be blocking the a/c vents! Again, work on a more smoother ride Toyota and you win! Just say 'NO' to bumps! |
