Don't expect better quality from Honda |
Detailed review: |
After three years and 67,000 miles of trouble-free ownership, the automatic transmission died. I avoided American cars to get away from reliablity issues - and it turns out Honda has a massive recall for all Acura TL's (2000-2003) and Honda Accords (2000-2003) for all 5 speed automatic transmissions. Turns out they have a problem and have recalled all the cars they built. If the transmission goes before 100,000 or 7 years, they replace it for free. I like the car, the service is good, but is it more reliable than the American car companies, not so sure. |
