The gas cap cover hinge is a bit wimpy, when waxing it is easy to push it down. Then you must bend it back.

This is the first MX5 I have driven. We looked at an older BMW Z3. No contest, the MX5 was the car! The BMW was faster but the MX5 was much more responsive and more fun to drive. Quick and corners fantastic. I had owned Triumph when I was younger, TR 3A and TR 250, so understand the feel of the sports car. The MX5 is the most fun car I have ever driven.
