Detailed review: |
Traded a Jimmy slt in on this ordered 99 yukon. I was injured in accident and needed
easy vehicle to get in and out of. We travel a lot and our yukon has taken us from the mountain peaks of Colorado,to the key's and the back woods of Canada. The gas mileage has improved with use and has ave.in low 20's . Our's is equiped with 350 eng.
with 3.42 ratio, aux oil & trans. coolers. Ride is excelent for a 4X4 on interstate and never seems to strain even in mountains. We pull a trailer apon occasion of around
2500 pounds, and have had no problems. Our yukon has been from 14,000 feet up, to
the sea shore in the Key's. ONLY PROBLEM SO FAR, (pay attention GM) is wish it did better on gas,and yes I'd buy another one as this one is comfortable on long trips very well built and a pleasure to own. Ford was like driving a tank, Dodge-not even close |
