Cup holders are awkward to use. The sound systems leave a lot to be desired.
Advice to buyer:
Upgrade to the limited, but skip the 4WD unless you absolutely need it.
Detailed review:
Rides more like a car than expected, but handles like an SUV. We drove it home from the dealer in a blinding snowstorm and had no trouble due to the traction and skid control featues. A friend followed us in his SUV and had to engage his 4WD twice! The interior cloth is superior to the Pilot in both look and feel. The steering is more responsive and the suspension is better than the Pilot. The dealer came two thousand off sticker and threw in leather at no charge! This was one of the best buying experiences we have ever had. Now I know why people are so loyal to Toyota.
