I was extremely impressed with the redesign of the vehicle which is what prompted me to buy one. What a nightmare!!!!!
I have only had the vehicle 3 weeks and I noticed the rear carpet was soaked. I took it to the service dept and was told that maybe something spilled on the carpet. I knew better than that because no one sat in the back. i was then told that a person who specializes in leaks would check it out.I was then told the problem was that a covering over the air conditioning unit was cracked,had to wait on a part. that has been 12 days ago and I still dont have my vehicle.I usually buy suv's this is my first and my last van.
