Make sure you know what you are buying. It is not a bad car but if you are going to keep the car a long time, look at Toyota, Subaru, or Honda. |

My '01 Galant currently has 21K Miles on it. I love the way it drives, it is very comfortable, and it has adequate power for a 4 cylinder, but I am concerned about the long-term quality. It has been in the shop a couple of times for minor things and I have had to fight with the dealer to get these covered under warranty. Spark plugs going bad at 15K miles should be covered in my opinion, but technically Mitsubishi does not include this in 'bumper to bumper' warranty. I would advise reading the warranty before purchasing one. Mitsubishi, if you cant match the reliability of Honda and Toyota, you had better do what you can to make the customer happy or they will go with a better made car. |
