 Advice to buyer:

RUN...don't walk to buy one. But be selective about the color.Easier to resell down the road.

 Detailed review:

This is my fourth Lexus in ten years. And among those was a '93 SC 400 which was a fine touring car I thought until I drove this beauty! It is simply put, Outstanding. I cannot explain adequately enough what a gorgeous, sexy, elegant vehicle this really is. The finish work literally blows away the German rides.Granted, it's not a Porshe in the performance end of things but who cares. I don't want a ticket nor do I need people thinking I'm a kook for flying past them.Although this is still a 150+MPH car! This is a car to be seen and seen in.When you spend 65 thousand dollars on a car you don't want to be a blur. Not too surprising is the importance of color selection but each to their own. This car is so much nicer than the old SC although they are still a beautiful car. Some people complain about the seats being not bolstered enough but what the hey...you're not racing this thing. If you want to be travelling at Warp Speeds, then this is the wrong category of car for you. We've had the two kids in the back seats. They seemed happy enough although they are young and small, 4 and 7.The trunk is small-ish but so is every car like it in it's class. And if you're thinking a Corvette gets the girls then you must still be in high school because this car will make your lady feel like one.Controls as with all Lexus are supreme.Transmission is silky smooth.Interior noise is so low you'll wonder if the machine is even on.The Levinson stereo system is pretty darn good.I do not have the run flat tires because of stories I'd heard and hey, what are the odds?Knowwhatameanbubba? The top...ohh the top! It is very very cool. And works flawlessly. People,it's a Lexus remember? There are a lot of cool cars out on the market and each has some unique feature but there is nothing that comes close to this car at this price.I keep thinking that I'll drive this car until I'm 90 but with Lexus..it takes only a couple of years before they blow us away with their uber fine quality and improvements. Kiss the Bimmer and the Merc and the XK8 buh-bye...this car is awesome.Don't forget one thing. This car is for touring. It is a touring sports car. You drive it casually. If you want to tempt the police and have stratospheric insurance premiums, then you want a Porshe, about 40$ thou more. If you want this sort of luxury but the performance too, then you'll want to think about spending 160$K on an Aston Martin. Anyway, just a thought.By the way, I've also had an XK8 and this is wayyy nicer. And if you want a sedan...the Lexus can enthrall you with that too.Gorgeous classy vehicles.Superb value.Everyone of them.
