Advice to buyer:	Careful look at the M45
Detailed review:	2005 Q45 less than 30,000 miles.. so far 2 GPS's, Front wheel bearings, rough idle, roars at 60 mph then goes away, NOW engine replacement since it is burning oil under 1000 miles....
