Ask that the dealer replaces the standard tires on the car. Not very dependable duirng winter months. |

Overall, the car is exactly what I was looking for. The unexpected surprise that I received was driving during the winter months. The tire safety factor is a big concern because I live in the NEPA and the winter months can be very difficult driving conditions. But with the right tires, this would not have been an issue. At the time I purchased my vehicle, it would have important that the dealership bring this issue to my attention. After my calls to the dealership service center, they recommended that I purchase winter tires. From a customer service perspective, I think if I had been informed from the beginning that I would need winter tires, it would have been 'win' for their sales team. |
