Advice to buyer: |
Altho pricey, this vehicle delivers value. If you can live with the low mileage, this is one of the finest 4x4s out there. |
Detailed review: |
I've had my 2004 Land Cruiser for about 4 months now and am extremely pleased with it. The fit and finish are unparallelled. This vehicle represents a step up from my previous three SUVs, all Toyota 4Runners. In my opinion and experience, Toyota's reputation for quality and reliability are well-earned and well-deserved and the Land Cruiser appears to be no exception.
Among the few negatives is the poor mileage, although this is no surprise given the large engine and the vehicle's curb weight of over two and a half tons. The vehicle also lacks a digital compass and passenger-side climate control, both of which my 2003 4Runner Limited had.
