 Favorite feature:

road stability, supremely responsive handling, fabulously comfortable interior

 Least favorite feature:

gas mileage is pretty average for a 6 cylinder car of this class...about 15 mpg in the city

 Advice to buyer:

don't overlook this gem because it's an american car.

 Detailed review:

Recently, our Mercedes E class car was involved in a wreck. While it's being repaired, we were given a Pacifica Touring. Boy was this car a surprise. It's elegant and classy, with nice lines and an extremely comfortable interior. I also have a Lexus RX 300 and this car equals that in every respect. The handling is terrific and the road stability seems exceptional. I live in San Francisco and this car is agile in tight, aggressive traffic, offers terrific control on the hills, and is easy to parallel park in very tight spaces (often with only a few inches to spare). As an average sized woman of 5'4', I feel 'on top' of the road. I feel as though I have a good sense of the traffic around me in all directions (very important in city driving). This is in direct contrast to the Mercedes, which has me feeling like I'm not quite seeing everything around me. (No,I was not driving when it was wrecked!) I haven't taken this on the highway yet but if it feels so luxurious on pot-hole ridden city streets, it must be like riding on air on the freeway. I am seriously considering selling my Mercedes to buy one of these.
