Favorite feature: |
The love-hate styling... I love it! |
Least favorite feature: |
Some really cheap parts and lack of attention to detail. |
Advice to buyer: |
Spring for the XRS, you'll appreciate the extra refinement. |
Detailed review: |
Reasonably good mileage, uninspired but acceptable performance, good handling, love-hate styling with some very interesting (bizarre) choices. This is an all-wheel drive with performance tires (expensive to replace and short life span). The outside mirrors are not sail-mounted and no power (ok if you are the only driver). The plastic on the dash seems better suited to a model you put together with glue and place on a shelf to display ... I could say the same for the wheel covers -ultra-cheap. If the front seats are back, the rear seat won't fold unless you remove the headrest. It is a Toyota and it has been reliable, only one defect, but I expected the details to be more refined. |
