Uncomfortable seats and wiper blade throws water in front of my face

Bought this car,drove 30 miles and found that the raised part of the seat at the end, near my knees, cuts the ciculation off in my leg. When it rains hard I have to look around the bar of water that the passenger wiper blade leaves in front of my face. Other wise the car handles nicely if you don't take the corners too quickly.
