Be prepared to spend several thousand more than domestic models.
Detailed review:
The 2WD Extra-cab model came equiped with the 16 valve 4 cyl. engine. Had good acceleration and listed HP was close to older model 6 cyl. engines. The back seat is for children only. The rear back rest is just a piece of foam that does not reach high enough to protect the head of even the shortest passenger. Nissan has a 4 door model this year that solves the back seat issues on mini pickups. The Toyota fit and finish is hard to beat. The reputation for long service also is a factor.
