I have the V8 SR5 model, and I am very pleased with its performance. Acceleration is incredible - both fast and uncannily smooth. The ride could be a bit smoother, but I’m definitely not complaining. I’ve read that some people rated the steering under par, but I think it’s excellent. I guess the only complaints I have would be the gas mileage, but I didn’t expect a lot from a V8. One more thing, if you’re looking to buy one, be sure to get the JBL synthesis upgrade with 10 speakers because it sounds amazing. However, if you’re planning to install an aftermarket head unit, sub, and amp, (like I was) you might not want the upgrade the system unless you like hardwiring. |
