 Comments

 Favorite feature:

The color (Vivid Blue) and the High Redline (8,000 R's). Leather Buckets and No wind noise with the Moonroof open

 Least favorite feature:

The factory Bose premium deck. Replaced deck and the factory speakers rock!

 Advice to buyer:

Test drive one, then test drive every other vehicle in its class, then come back and apologize like an ungrateful cheating boyfriend/girlfriend.

 Detailed review:

I absolutely love my 2005 Acura RSX Type-S. Acura did some nice improvements for the 2005 model but you can read the professional review for those specs. I just wanted to say that out of 11 cars in the sport-coupe/sedan class that I test drove, even the base model RSX whooped them all. Personally, I am a big fan of consumer reviews and will not buy something unless it has atleast a 90% approval rating. I had read reviews on the other cars I was considering and every single one of them had a less than 90% satisfactory record. Heres my advice to you - Read reviews before buying... or just take my advice and purchase the RSX-S, you wont be sorry. And Guys, Its a definate chick magnet. Especially if you live in an area like I do where this brand of car is not readily available to the immediate demographic consumer (that is young adults age 20-29). I also think very highly of Acura's build quality and am sure that it will be a company I stick with as I get older. I cant wait to purchase the TSX when I'm 27 and the RL when Im 35. For now, the RSX is my dream date... and it could be yours too... if youre into that kind of thing. PS This website is not letting me list all of the cars I test drove so here they are: 2004 Acura RSX 4cyl iVTECH 5spd, 2005 Acura RSX-S 4cyl iVTECH 6spd, 2005 Honda Accord V6 Auto, 2005 Honda Civic 4cyl Auto, 2005 Honda Civic V6 Auto, 2005 Honda Civic Si, 2005 Mazda 3 4cyl Auto, 2005 Mazda 6 4cyl and V6 Auto, 2004 Toyota Camry Solara V6 Auto, 2005 Toyota Camry Solara 4cyl VVT Auto, 2000 Toyota Avalon V6 Auto. Also, if you want performance, this 4cyl iVTECH will whoop all the V6's in its horsepower range (190-230).

 Also considered:

2005 Mazda MAZDA6
2005 Toyota Camry Solara

 Vehicle purchased:

2005 Acura RSX
