We have owned 4 new Honda's in the past and I have a 94 civic and a 95 civic for both my kids. Both the civic's are great but the Accord has been a lemon from day one. It's been the shop 3 times for brakes and 4 times for rattles in the door. We have talked with 3 semi-local service Honda dealers and they all told us there is NO fix for either of our problems. We have been instructed by each of the service departments to contact Honda directly with our problem. I have been set up by Honda with a case worker but nobody has contacted us yet. I have bought new Honda's since 1988 and we are very disappointed to here Honda has had the same problems on the 2002,2003 and 2004 Accords. Plese pay attention to your next purchase of a Honda. Signed very disappointed!!! |
