Detailed review: |
Also drove the Civic and Sentra, and this felt much quicker than the Civic (not quite as quick as the Sentra), but handled better. The Corolla sits up higher than the others and feels more like a mid-siezed than compact sedan. Corolla also offers a height adjustment on the driver's seat (others do not). Safety equal if not better than Civic and far better than Sentra. Controls are easy to get to and big. The intererior of the Corolla also felt roomier, as well as a BIG trunk. Add on the great gas mileage and it was an easy decision. Adding a few upgrades would have been nice, but not neccessary (ABS, side air bag curtains, keyless entry). |
