Don't be turned off by the name KIA. Give this company 2 to 3 more years and they will blow every one else into the weeds.
Detailed review:
I read all of the early auto writer reviews and road tests (January 06) and tested a loaded EX in late January when it was about -20 c. Found the van performed very well, had a great heating system, was very quiet, performance and ride and handling where superior to my 02 Olds Silouette Premier. Knew about the windshield noise problem but did not find it as bad as every one says it is. There were no sqeaks and rattles like the Olds, the transmission shifted far better than the GM 4 speed and engine performance was far superior to the 3.4 liter V6 GM corporate engine. We drive to the lake every weekend in the summer (135 miles each way) and never feel uncomfortable or tired. Since taking delivery in March 06 we have over 21000 km's and the van still feels as tight and secure as the day we took delivery. We have had excellent service from our dealer and zero problems other that a recent recall notice to relocate some wiring with the adjustable pedal option. In our opinion why pay $10 grand more for a Honda Odyssey Touring edition. Save your money!
