Th Nissan is a smoother ride than my Golf, but it doesn't handle as well nor does it shift as smoothly. I own two Sentras, 1991 and 1999. Neither starts well in cold damp weather. The windshield washer nozzles plug continuously on both cars, a nagging problem I never experienced with any other car. If you can handle those two issues, the Nissan is an exceptional value.
