The SS Monte has one of the most powerful nonsupercharged V-6s I've ever driven. The 3.8 liter (231ci.) engine has a distinct power advantage over the 3.4 and earlier 3.1 V-6s. The fwd offers excellent handling. Its styling is the trademark of the car. If you drive the 2000 MC you will get noticed on the road. And at thousands cheaper than a Grand Prix GT or GTP it is a bargin. As long as Chevrolet continues production I'll never drive another car.
