Well, after winning North American Car of the Year, the Genesis got my attention. This car drives like a dream. I know there have been criticism on the suspension, but I haven't found this to be a problem. Fit and finish are world class, controls are well placed and easy to use once learned. Engine is a marvel of engineering for it power and economy. You don't even smell any exhaust before the car warms up it so well designed. At speed the car feels solid and very planted and secure. The cabin is airy and quiet with great visibility outside using mirrors or a quick glance. This car is very large, very close dimensionally to Mercedes 600 class interior/exterior dimensions, but a little shorter. You feel very safe behind the wheel. Brakes are very good, the best I have experienced in any car with over 30 years driving different makes. If you’re looking for a sedan with world class features, fit, finish, performance, at a price that is unbeatable, this is your car.
