"I own this vehicle, so I have thoroughly tested it. Its size is very manageable, and if I need rear cargo room, I just fold down the seats. It's get up and go is a little lacking but that's not the car, it's the engine. And since it's a stick shift, I can get all the acceleration I need."

"Peppy around town, a bit less so with AC engaged (but it's an automatic). Cruises easily @ 65 MPH. Decent comfort (not as bumpy a ride as a Miata)! Great quality and gas milage. Handy for surprisingly large items (with back seats folded down).
However, you'll miss the (not available) cruise control on interstate driving. A lot for the money!!!"

"I researched cars for two years prior to buying my Scion Xa and let me say, I LOVE THIS CAR !!! I am asked on a weekly basis about how much it cost, what the MPG is and where you can buy one. The unique styling makes it stand out in the crowd of sedans and monster SUVS on the road today. I was also surprized by just how big it is on the inside. If you fold the back seats down there is ample space for large items. I also love the fact that you are seated higher up than in other cars. That means that I am on the same eye level with people in trucks and SUVs and have a much better view of what is around me. And remember this car has all Toyota parts meaning that you get Toyota quality with unique style and at a cheaper price. The one thing that I do not like is that the right hand air conditioner/heating vent is directly behind the stearing wheel so the air is blocked and your hand is either freezing or burning up."

"Great for the price, great for a young buyer. The car isn't underpowered (same size engine as my sister's 97 Civic and its a good 500 lbs. lighter) and it comes absolutely loaded for the price. You're getting Toyota's uncompromising quality in a car that looks good. Odd, huh?"

"Best car Ive ever owned. I'm nearly 50ty and forgot that driving could be fun .I read some reviews about this car being underpowered Bhah! Ask yourself this , are you a race car driver ? It makes it up hills better than my ford ranger used to ,without struggle.Theres plenty of room ,brakes are very responsive, and the audio is fanstastic . Yes, you feel some bumps , tell me what car keeps you from feeling bumps ?, not one you could afford ,so forget about it and turn up the music. Flint mica is a great color for this car. "
