Hydrogen Cars: Truth or Dare?
Why Hydrogen?

Glaciers are, indeed, melting. And the end of oil as the primary energy component for cars is on the horizon, thanks to declining reserves and a startling increase in worldwide transportation demands. As a result, finding new ways to power all these vehicles is more urgent than ever. It has become – or will, soon – an integral issue to a growing automaker’s bottom line. And nothing motivates like the bottom line, which is probably why most automakers are renewing their investment into alternative powertrains. Today, there are hybrids in mass production, natural gas vehicles crowd fleets, and increased development is going into plug-in electric cars. All of these offer valuable benefits, but the general consensus is that hydrogen fuel cell vehicles are the cleanest and most probable replacement for the internal combustion engine.
