2007 Nissan Sentra Preview
| Why it matters |

Since its inception in 1982, the Nissan Sentra has been a consistent seller, with Nissan moving 3.8 million units to date. To many customers, the Sentra’s appeal has been good quality and engineering in an affordable package. Sure the performance-oriented SE-R and SE-R Spec V models have caught the attention of the tuner crowd, but for the most part buyers have most appreciated the Sentra’s point-A to -B utility without being burdened by high costs. But now, the 2007 Nissan Sentra is no longer “entry-level”; the newest model will become “aspirational.” Nissan says customers will strive to own Sentras, and not just settle for their bargain-sticker utility.
