Over the years, pace cars have come in all varieties and shades, including many hues that have been hard to miss (which is a good thing when you’re running around a track with 200-mph adrenaline junkies). The Indy 500 Corvette convertible will be no exception, as it will lead the pack with its Atomic Orange paint, gold ribbon graphics, and Indianapolis 500 logos. The Vette pace car will also feature unique alloy wheels, a rear spoiler borrowed from the Z06, a special black interior with Indianapolis 500 embroidery, and Atomic Orange paint applied to the engine cover and interior trim. Subtlety is obviously not the name of the game here.
