After taking a three-year hiatus, the Sportage is back with a new platform, new interior and exterior designs, new powertrains, new standard and optional items, and a host of new safety features. The only real negative relates to engine power, though all but the speed racers amongst us will likely be satisfied. Best of all is that Kia has brought it to the table with a starting price south of $17,000.
